Where Should I Park?
Customer parking is in front of our shop, anywhere it says "Pilot House Customers." Keep an eye out for "RESERVED" signs. Some spaces are privately rented, and we don't want you towed. Also, park BEHIND the yellow "trolley clearance" line or our riverwalk trolley will not be able to move through.
Do You Have Vegan Options?
Our fries are vegan.
We also have two daily sorbet flavors, and we serve a vegan, dairy-free soft serve ice cream in two or more flavors.

Are You Closed in the Winter?
Nope! We are open all year round. For current hours, check the foot of this website. We are typically closed Mondays and Tuesdays.​

Do You Provide Samples?
We do not.
In the past three years ,our food and supply cost has tripled, so we can no longer afford a business model of giving away free ice cream. This change has resulted in the line moving much more quickly.
